Earlier this year we visited your showroom with a view to purchasing a wooden floor for some 1400 square feet of our home. We visited with many other suppliers also.
On our arrival, you greeted us most promptly and courteously. We explained our requirements and you went to extraordinary lengths to show us what you considered the best value and type of flooring to satisfy our needs. We never felt under any pressure from you. A couple of days later you visited our home, conducted measurements etc., and gave us a most reasonable price to supply and fit the new flooring, including floor preparation etc. After our acceptance of your price about four days later Rubin and his crew arrived at our house and for the first almost three days, prepared the rooms, the floor etc. At the end of the third day, a Friday, they had begun to lay the floor. They came back on the Saturday and Sunday and at 8.00 p.m. on Sunday finished the project including returning all the furniture etc., from the garage and hooking up various items. Each night they cleaned up as best they could before leaving our home.
You and Rubin were both most helpful and accommodating in dealing with us. Rubin was most knowledgeable of the product and represented All American Flooring in a most praiseworthy and exemplary manner. None of our questions or concerns was too much for him and we really felt he was always acting in a good faith effort to supply and fit the primary product in a most professional way. He and his staff are a credit to the company. He is a consummate professional and we will not hesitate to recommend him or All American Flooring to our friends. The whole experience through initially you and then through Rubin was a total pleasure and our concerns were allayed at all times.

We just wanted to thank you for the exquisite job that you and your teams did for us at our home. Upon arriving at your store, you greeted us with the utmost courtesy and proceeded to help us with our hardwood floor and carpet choices. You came to our house the same day and gave us the most reasonable estimate for our flooring needs. Rubin and his team (Toney, Jesus, and Hector) arrived on the scheduled day and worked diligently to lay down our hardwood floors. They worked very carefully so as to not damage any of our belongings and were able to finish much earlier than expected. It was a pleasure having them in our home and their meticulous work has definitely paid off. We love our new hardwood floors! Soon after, on the scheduled date, Manuel and his team (Benjamin, Juan, and Jose) arrived with our carpet. They began working immediately and cleanly removed and replaced our carpet. They also finished earlier than we expected. The carpet looks amazing and we appreciate their hard work.
We had heard from friends that the process of replacing the flooring in a home causes an obscene amount of dust and inconvenience. However, both of the teams that came to our home worked in such a manner that we had a minimal amount of dust and debris and they cleaned up impeccably well after themselves. We would recommend All American Flooring to anyone who asks our opinion on this matter. It has been a great experience and we thank you again.

At the recommendationof my neighbor, I contacted your Lewisivlle location for a quote on hardwood flooring.
Having seen the beautiful floors in his home, I knew I wanted the same in mine. Issac was exceptionally accomodating in meeting to measure the interior, bring sample boards, come back and remeasure as I changed my plans on the amount of flooring to add. He was always patient and willing to explain each step of what would take place when the job began.
The installation team, led by George, was excellent. They spent two days tearing out thick tile, a tedious and laborious task,. Then, the prep work and installation of the floors began. George went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the installation of the floors, the t-mold cutting and staining, the cleanup and everything. They lifted furniture so that I could add protective felt pads before they moved it back into place. George’s parting words were, “If you find anything you are not happy with, let me know and I will come back.” They worked very hard, with great attitudes and respect for our home and personal belongings.
Issac, Elma, George and his team, and Anwar strive in every way to satisfy their clients. They have my hearty recommendation. P.S. (Their pricing was the best of 3 quotes.)

We spent a long time researching new wood flooring which had to be replaced after a hail storm. Then we spent even more time trying to find someone we could trust in regards to fair pricing and a good installation process. We finally visited the Frisco store and we are glad that we did. Ramzi greeted us promptly and answered all of our questions. He took the time to help us understand the installation.
Ramzi then came out to our home for an estimate session. At that time we were not settled on pricing , however after the quote was sent to us we were fairly confident we had a good deal.
The removal of our old flooring turned out to be very challenging and took more time than estimated. As I watched this work progress I knew that the flooring crew was excelling even though the removal was so hard on them. As the new flooring went in I was amazed at the transformation, however I found myself equally amazed at the respect that our home was treated with as well as the friendly crew working in our home.
When the work was completed there were very few discrepancies to be taken care of and what little needed to be done was handled that same day. All in all it was a very good process from front to back and we are grateful for All American Flooring and the work that was accomplished. I must admit we were a little sad to see the process end because we had gained a lot of respect for Ramzi and the flooring crew.
We highly recommend Ramzi and his crew for your flooring needs. The Customer Service is excellent in all aspects and we will choose them for our next project without hesitation.

We take pride in the new carpet, tile and wood flooring that is now a treasured part of our home. You worked with and guided us so graciously as we decided on the type of wood flooring and the color that has proven to be an unbelievable match to all of our existing wood cabinetry and trim. At no time did we feel pressured to make a quick decision, but rather you afforded us the time to take samples home and discuss what we felt would be the best fit. In the end your recommendations were absolutely perfect and we have enjoyed ‘barefooting’ from room to room! It was a pleasure to work with Ramzi at the Frisco location. We had a big hardwood flooring installation project, over 1,000 square feet, and a curved staircase. Ramzi made the process easy. His price was below the other 2 bids we got, and I had confidence that Ramzi would ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. The installation team, led by Carlos, did the work at lightning speed. They brought a large crew and the work was completed in less than 5 days, including moving all our oversized, heavy furniture. When I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the appearance of the stain on the staircase, Ramzi sent the installer back the next day to adjust. We love the look of the completed handscraped hardwood flooring and highly recommend Ramzi and Carlos. They did a great job matching the new flooring to the hardwoods in the rest of our house. My husband and I would like to thank All American Flooring of Frisco for our wonderful new laminate flooring and tile that was installed at our home. We stopped into their store front just to look and price flooring-not really planning to make a purchase that day.Ramzi did an outstanding job helping us. He spoke with us, asking first about our household- if we had pets, children etc. so he could suggest what would work best for us. He never pressured us to make a purchase but instead showed us samples that would compliment each other and offered to visit our house to give us an estimate and see if our choices would work out. Had a very nice experience working with Ramzi at the Plano location. I was unsure on what brand and color to choose with my hardwood floor. Ramzi explained the options to be very thoroughly and made me feel at ease with my buying decision. He was extremely professional and helpful. The installation crew was incredible. Due to the size of the job, it took them three days to remove all the old carpet and tile and install the new flooring down. They were very detailed and curtious. I was so pleased with the end result that I cannot wait to show off my “new” home. I would recommend Ramzi and this installation team to anyone who wants great customer service and a great product to show in their home!
