We had a very tight timeline to replace the carpet in our new house. All American Flooring came out and measured... during the winter storm, and despite warnings of potential delays we had the new carpet ordered, shipped and installed a week and a half later! A bonus was that we selected a much nicer quality carpet and the total was still less than our Home Depot quote. My wife and I decided to replace the flooring throughout our entire house with the exception of just a couple bathrooms... and a mud room. The project was quite daunting until we went to All American Flooring. They were very helpful and accommodating from start to finish and the end result was amazing. So, because we had such a positive experience we also decided to have our kitchen cabinet doors replaced. Zach was very helpful in getting the project started, and then his cabinet maker Juan stepped in to actually build the doors to our liking. We chose Shaker style doors and they came out beautifully. We even had a couple extra built-ins that required custom sizing and they came out equally wonderful. Lastly, Erik the carpenter came out for final painting and installation and his workmanship and the final results came out nothing short of amazing, too. The entire team at All American Flooring from start to completed project were professional, thoughtful, conscientious and thorough in all of their work and interaction with me and my wife. We are so thrilled with their work that we are now in the process of selecting countertops and backsplash tile through the incredible selection of styles offered by All American Flooring to make our kitchen remodel complete.read more

We decided to get the floors redone in our entire house (except the bathrooms and laundry room) and were very nervous... about the decisions we were going to make on such a large project. We got several bids from flooring contractors and looked all over the Metroplex at flooring showrooms to figure out what type of flooring we wanted. When we walked in to Zach's showroom, it was completely low-pressure and we could take as many samples as we wanted home without leaving any sort of deposit. When Zach came to our house to measure the floors, he took his time and explained everything that would be included in the bid and answered all of our questions. He kept us informed in the weeks to come about our flooring delivery and accommodated around our vacation when it came to scheduling the project. When it came time for the flooring to be installed, the All American crew was fantastic. Since we were doing the entire house, they moved all of our furniture around, demoed the old floor, leveled our floor (it needed a lot of leveling...) and installed the new floor in four days. They worked long hours to get the project done quickly without inconveniencing us as much as possible. The crew was respectful and kept the work area as clean as you can when you're demoing and installing flooring. We couldn't be happier with our new floors and the installation and highly recommend Zach and All American Flooring for flooring projects.read more

Pricing was very reasonable and Yasser went over what to expect for the entire process. He was always available for questions and to come to the house if needed. He also has a great design eye and has helped us make the best design choices. Work was completed as expected with no issues.About a month later, I had a plumbing issue and had to replace some of the new wood floor and ended up having to remodel the bathroom. We used All American Floors to do a major home remodel - they replaced all of our carpeting with wood-look tile and... vinyl plank. They also installed new granite countertops and tile backsplash in the kitchen, and refaced our tile fireplace surround with stacked stone. All American’s quote was very competitive, but the main reason why we selected this company was because of their AMAZING salesperson Yasser. When we first started shopping for flooring we really didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted, and the selection of materials they have in their showroom is so large that it is overwhelming. Yasser came to our home to measure the rooms and look at our existing decor, then he made recommendations on materials based on the look we wanted to achieve. Throughout the entire remodeling process, Yasser was always available to answer our questions and make additional decorating suggestions. Yasser’s extensive product knowledge, decorating expertise, and impeccable customer service skills were what truly sold us on this company. The construction foreman Rigo and his crew were very polite and worked extremely hard. It was a tough two weeks living through all the construction, but now that it’s all done we are very pleased. The quality of the workmanship and materials is excellent, and the stacked stone fireplace that Rigo did is a work of art! The inside of our house has been totally transformed to the modern look we were hoping for. I was redoing ALL the flooring in my home and couldn't decide for months what I wanted to purchase. Yassir from AAF... came out, measured and gave me a quote. He had to redo the quote each time I changed my mind. He allowed me to take samples home to see them in my lighting, which many other companies did not. I had my home on the market for a month with no offers when my realtor recommended All American Flooring. The comments... from the showings were that my home was lovely but the floors were all uneven since the contractors I hired the first time were not specialized in flooring and did not know what they were doing. I knew I was in good hands when the owner of All American Flooring came to my home personally and saw the issue and told me how it would be corrected and called his flooring installer to get on the job right away knowing everyday I had my home on the market was costing me money. The owner of All American Flooring provided a fair and competitive price for the workmanship and high quality of the flooring he provides. My vinyl plank I bought through a wholesaler was paper thin and very poor quality compared to the plank I bought from All American Flooring which was durable and thick. The price point between the two was not much either when I thought I had gotten such a good price to begin with on plank that chipped easily. The owner of All American Flooring and the installer reassured me the job would be done correctly and in a timely manner. In as little as 4 days my home was ready to be shown again and the installers did such a nice job cleaning up that I did not have to get a professional to come in to clean. My home received multiple offers within less than 2 weeks of getting these lovely floors installed with warranty included and I will be closing on the home in a few weeks. I wish I had known of All American Flooring from the beginning and I would have saved myself the hassle and headache along with thousands of dollars having the job done professionally and beautifully the first time. Don't let my mistake be yours and go with All American Flooring for any of your flooring needs! I will always be a loyal customer and continue to send customers their way since they don't just care about making money but that the customer is happy at the end of the day and that the work is impeccable. Their contractors did an awesome job of installing the wood floor. They came ontime and finished the work on time. They picked up after their dust and waste. We love our new flooring. On top of that, I couldn’t find any matched tiles and hardwood to replace the old ones and I didn’t know much about how to choose a right carpet either. It was very frustrating and time consuming! One day I happened to walk by All American Flooring at 109 N. Central Expy #527, allen and convinced myself ‘why not give it a try’. That’s a start to my flooring destiny.Yasser Alkadri, a floor specialist & interior designer in that store, walked me through everything I was desperately looking for from the first moment I met him. He then came to my house for a valuation and measurement. He helped me choose all matched and right flooring products with very reasonable prices. He also scheduled all the installations with his own contractors and he even made sure that the contractors would fix the popping, annoying noise. The installers came on time, fixed the squeaking floor, and skillfully completed my entire second floor work in a timely manner. They’re very clean and professional! Now I have elegant-look hardwood stairs, beautiful and nice carpet across the second floor, and luxurious tiled bathroom floor. The popping noise was also reduced dramatically. He brought samples he knew... others have really enjoyed and overall made the selection process very simple.Scheduling the time to put it in was also a breeze as they were very flexible and had availability sooner rather than later.When it came to installation day that also went really well. OMG - I am totally in LOVE with my new floors!!! I have been looking to replace the flooring in my home since August... 2015 and have gotten many estimates,. but I always felt like the salesperson was just trying to sell me anything to make a buck. I actually stumbled upon All American Flooring by accident and I am glad I did. Zack is absolutely wonderful and patient (didn't get agitated by my perfectionist tendencies). There was another company that was a bit cheaper than All American Flooring but I went with them because 1) out of all the folks who came to my house to provide estimates, Zack was the ONLY one who recommended that I take samples home and play with them to see how they would look in my house; 2) indicated that they could repair a small area near the patio door that would allow me to have laminate rather than vinyl (I like the more authentic look of laminate) and most importantly 3) Zack's personality he is AWESOME -- he doesn't try to sell you anything but really helps you identify what is more to your liking. I got laminate (in the main areas) and carpet in the bedrooms and my house is absolutely stunning! The installers for both the laminate and carpet (especially Gabe and his team) were professional and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. There was one small issue during the install, but the installer informed me about it and both Zack and Mousa were on it immediately. You honestly can't go wrong with All American Flooring.read more

He’s very up front, knowledgeable in what he does and he bent over backwards to help me through a difficult situation when my father passed. There was a few major issues with the order and delivery of the flooring that was totally out of Zack’s hands. My husband and I were fortunate to have found Zack and All American Flooring. We had visited several other flooring... stores, but we never had a sense our design wants and needs were being heard. Zack spent several hours with us (over several visits to his store), even scheduling time to meet with us after hours because of our work schedules. Zack was never “high pressure” and allowed us to move at our own pace. Once we decided on the flooring option for our home, Zack personally came out to perform the measurements. When he came to our home, he not only measured for our new flooring, he visited with us about blending our current décor with our new floors. To accommodate our busy schedule, the tear out and installation was scheduled during the Christmas holiday (not something you typically see during that time of year). The flooring crew assisted us with moving the furniture in multiple rooms in our home so they could tear out about 1,500 sq. ft. of ceramic tile. The crew was so conscientious while performing the massive amount of demolition and installation; clearing away all the trash upon their daily departure. As they installed our new floors and baseboards, we had the sense that they were doing our job just as they would for their own family. They even came and worked on Christmas Eve because we requested they finish our downstairs for our Christmas gathering. Zack stayed in contact with us, despite suffering from the flu, and once our floors were complete, he addressed each concern and made certain we were 100% satisfied.read more

I first used All American Flooring late last year as we were preparing to put our house up for sale. They were... recommended to us by a neighbor who had also used them. When I went in Anwar was so helpful. I told him the situation and he suggested the perfect replacement flooring at a reasonable cost. He came out the same day measured and the installation was done within a couple of weeks. It came out beautiful. Fast foreword 3 months and I again stopped in to see Anwar for flooring in our new house. I had already gotten a bid from a big box store that was outrageous.They had so many extra charges AND they had discontinued the flooring that I wanted. Zack and his team of installers did a phenomenal job on the pricing and installation of our vinyl floors in 6 areas of... our home. We have pets that caused a smell in our carpet. Zack came out and assessed the situation, provided some flooring sample recommendations, and also worked very well with an in home medical situation. The installers had to completely redo the subfloor prior to installation of the vinyl and everything looks perfect. A two day job turned into 4 due to the subfloor but Zack and the installers kept us updated throughout (additional days were due to unexpected replacement of subfloor). The installers kept the area as clean as possible, were very careful in movement of furniture, and did a great job on the finishes/room transitions. We are very happy with the service and professionalism. Zack went out of his way to ensure the medical situation was accounted for throughout the installation. As a real estate investor, I will be using this company again for my rental properties. Highly recommend.read more
