I accidentally stumbled upon this place after a last minute carpet replacement project popped up & was scrambling to find the right carpet with competitive price and good service. It was truly a pleasant surprise and feel so lucky to have them help me getting the job done. Brian Johnson was wonderful to work with on the sales end. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient and located this beautiful carpet that I ended up purchasing and installing in my media room. The Brian also helped me book the installation within my deadline. The installation was prompt & smooth. Everyone did a great job in the process! After weeks of chasing down the manufacturer of an old tile I desperately needed. I learned I can’t buy from them and was sent to All American.Upon walking in I was instantly engaged by Madison. Great eye contact, willingness to help and a passion to leave a lasting impression.She used her resources to track down this tile in a matter of minutes! Don’t use the Internet…use Madison! She knows way more than that old thang! 110% satisfied and buying more tile for another project thanks to her confidence and efforts.

Our experience was SO great! I went in on Tuesday and explained that we had a rush job due to family coming to town for a funeral and needed our carpet done by Saturday. Brian had someone out by Wednesday, and they finished within a couple hours and it looks amazing! They also moved our furniture and put it all back together in both rooms that were worked on.Plus, we got a quote from Home Depot before deciding to go with All American, and All American was actually significantly less expensive! A+

The measurement and quote visit was easy. The install was the next day. The guys did a excellent job installing carpet on my second story. They took great care when entering the home with giant rolls of carpet, not a scratch on the walls. The finial product looks fantastic, tight to the walls and no loose seems. I would definitely recommend All American Flooring for carpet installation!

We recently had new carpet installed in 3 bedrooms at our home. All American Flooring did a fantastic job. They came out two different times to measure because I added additional space and it was done without hesitation. The communication was clear and the pricing was competitive. The stayed in contact with me until install was complete. They moved heavy furniture and put everything back exactly like it was and the staff was so friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Madison took care of me. She is amazing!! She explained all the pros and cons of various carpeting options that would fit my particular needs. She was very knowledgable and made sure I was taking samples (which she carried out to the car) that would fit my requirements. After a few days, she came to the house and helped me narrow my three choices down to one; she measured and took the samples back to the store. She made it easy for me. The next day I received a call to set up the installation. They came exactly when they said they would and did a beautiful job. I love my new carpeting, and I love the way I was treated at All American. Regardless of my next flooring need, carpeting, wood, tile, or whatever, I can assure you I will give All American my business. They are a class act and far better than other flooring companies in Dallas. I speak from experience.

We are very pleased with the tile work and work crew from All American (Allen, TX office). Attached are before, during, and after pictures for a fireplace facade job. They removed the drywall and replaced with hardy backing and then tiled from floor to ceiling (> 15' tall) with a 2'x4' porcelain tile. (We left a place to mount a wall TV.) One thing I was pleased about was the wall area around the work was left clean and did not not require touch-up. The crew was very helpful, courteous, and didn't damage or mess up the surrounding areas. The price was significantly less than another quote we got from a bigger remodeling company and they guarantee their work.

I called All American Flooring to get a quote on replacing hardwood floors. Sammy Ashyi came to my home to inspect my issues with previously purchased hardwoods. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He gave me several options to try before I replace them...and important information I did not have regarding lifetime warranties. He sent the most detailed bid I have ever received.I am still working toward resolution with the previous vendor. I only wish I had used All American Flooring. If a resolution does not pan out, we will be calling All American Flooring and Mr. Ashyi. Expertise and service along with personal concern. Thank you.

Overall satisfied with the quality and finishing of the custom sized carpets ordered. The consultation was smooth and detailed. The only downside was the promised delivery date. I was told the rugs would be ready before the Thanksgiving holidays but they couldn’t meet the date promised and I had to wait couple extra days with further delay on the actual day of pick up. Other than that I would recommend buying your custom rugs here.

I had used All American Flooring in the past so I went back to the FW store location and contacted Zack. Although he told me that their installers were booked up and would take a few weeks to get to me, I decided to wait. They have now installed my floors and they look great. There was some problems getting the floors finished (installing the trim and resetting 1 toilet), but these issues were corrected to my satisfaction. A special kudos to my salesman, Zack, and to JJ who came out to reset the toilet. Thank you!

We replaced floors in our bedroom and our entry hallway with tile to match the existing living room hall way. We had to have about 130 sqft of old tile removed. We walked into the store, knew the exact name of the tile we needed and the total square footage. The price was a good price and included installation and in about 20 minutes we walked out with an appointment scheduled. That next Monday we got a call from the installer and he set a date. The crew showed up exactly on time and worked very efficiently removing and installing the new tile. They maintained a very clean environment and were friendly to talk to with questions. They finished the job in less than two days and it lookes perfect.I absolutely recommend All American Flooring.

All American Flooring went beyond good service. Their pricing was very competitive and the installers were careful with our very large and heavy furniture, were polite and extremely accommodating. Some of the carpet was damaged in shipment and was not noticed until the last room was ready for installation. They did a rush order for the damaged carpet and was received within 3 days. They jumped thru hoops to get it installed the following day. I highly recommend this company.

I was impressed by their quick handling of my dilemma. I attempted to do the flooring myself and failed miserably. I needed the flooring done to get the home listed and told them my timeframe which was less than a week. They moved some things around to make that happen. The two man crew that came out worked all day, each day, to get this job done. The results were nothing short of amazing. We had a wonderful experience with All American Flooring in Richardson, Texas!The sales person Hamza Alkadri is very professional and knowledgeable! He answered all questions and responded to our text promptly! He searched for samples of LVFlooring for us to review and search for a sample from our criteria. He was prompt with our quote!The installation took three days for flooring on entry, Living Room, Gameroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Hallway, Master Bedroom, Master Dressing Room and closets. Juan and his assistant worked tirelessly and very courteous.They remove the larger pieces of furniture to our garage and two bedrooms we left carpet in. They back the furniture. There was a lot of dust but left with much of it picked up. We had a professional clean the house.The LVF looks like it is put under the fireplace! The flooring is beautiful! Marcus and his team at All American flooring did a awesome job with our new floors. Marcus answered all our questions in a timely manner. He also provided a suggestion of extending existing floors into an area we were originally going to replace with carpet. From the day I walked into the showroom till the last day of installation my experience with All American Flooring was seamless. Aziz is who assisted me with sales and he was the best! He was patient, accommodating, and informative. What I really appreciated through this whole process is that everything was completely upfront and transparent as far as the cost so there were no added surprises causing me to have to pay more than what was originally communicated. Juan & Victor were my installers for both my luxury vinyl as well as my carpet and they worked extremely hard and diligently everyday they were here. I am so grateful a friend recommended AAF to me. I would definitely recommend them to others and ask for Aziz!

The installation was done in a timely manner and the installer was very careful with moving the furniture that was in the rooms. After removing the carpeting, he vacuumed the room to make sure the floor was clean prior to installing the flooring.

Wonderful work! The installers were professional, stayed in close contact on their arrival and departures, & clean. The seamless transition to the existing floors are phenomenal! There was absolutely no damages to the walls when removing or replacing the baseboards. All American Flooring was even able to match the prices of their competitors. Brian at the Allen location was extremely helpful in finding an exact match to the existing floors & he was promt to answer any questions or concerns with honest and accurate answers. They entire experience was 10/10!

Outstanding service. Anwar helped us with the selection and quote for our flooring. Sergio and his crew were professional, courteous and extremely hard working. The lvp floors have been complete for about a month. No issues upon installation and they look beautiful. We had about 1000 sq ft put in, including ripping out ceramic tile and engineered hardwood.We are new to the area and always prefer to use a company that we personally received recommendations for. However, that wasn’t possible for the flooring in our new home. Went off of google reviews and the experience of visiting a few different places. All worked out wonderfully. Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this company.

About a year and a half ago had the carpet on my second story replaced (3 bedrooms, closets, and hallway). Completely changed the space and I still love them. Have had zero issues. Same time had the carpet replaced on floating stairs and it still looks good. Six months ago had tile replaced in two bathrooms before replacing vanity/toilets. The bathroom was a bit more involved - subfloor was bad upstairs (placed new plywood) and cement downstairs was rough but no issues so far with the install. Everyone that has been involved in both projects from the person in the store to installers have been pleasant and professional. Still have downstairs floor to replace and one more bathroom but know who I will use!

We recently got the carpet in our house in Lewisville replaced with new flooring as the carpet was dirty and pretty old. After exploring all options we finalized to go with "tiles" installation. The end result or outcome has been excellent and impressive. We got good service from store associate Samuel & project coordinator Chris. The pricing was competitive and I must say the installer did a fantastic job of installing tiles with great precision, skill, art and finishing. Newly installed flooring has transformed the living room into a new stylish nice experience to enjoy. We are very happy, satisfied and pleased with our recently installed flooring in the house. I will certainly reccommed All American Flooring as a very good option to consider to my friends.

Samuel and his team were great! Samuel was honest and very helpful throughout the entire process. From picking out our flooring, to creating the quote, he was transparent about everything. We never felt pressured into buying anything and we appreciated his willingness to work with our budget. We had old laminate flooring and carpet removed and replaced with new carpet and new luxury vinyl flooring. The price was got was fair and his team worked incredibly quick! Our 1600 sqft house was done in two days and we couldn't be happier with the service and end result. If we ever need flooring done again, we will certainly use All American Flooring in the future!

Great interaction with Anwar. He was timely with the consult, with phone and email communication, etc. He worked with our price point and the product we wanted within our budget.The turnaround was earlier than promised. Very hardworking crew with JJ. Detailed, clean, professional.The flooring we selected was for 2,600 sf. They had to remove carpet, tile, glued down laminate, and glued down vinyl. We purchased tile elsewhere and All American installed it in baths and laundry, and a high quality floated laminate in all common areas, bedrooms, closets, kitchen that we purchased from All American. We get so many compliments on our laminate and have a friend that’s actually copying the same thing because she loves ours so much. It’s just beautiful and probably my favorite part of our new house. It has worn much better with two large dogs than the nailed down hand scraped hardwoods we had at our previous house.

I too am a huge fan of All American flooring and Anwar. We hired him to install wood flooring and a bathroom remodel at our our home in Coppell. It was gorgeous. After moving to Denton, we started a new remodel and after shopping locally, I finally decided to see if Anwar would work his magic on our farmhouse here. So glad he did, he took care of all the details and we have new flooring throughout the house, new granite countertops and new kitchen backsplash. This is the only place to shop for us.
