All American Flooring Lifetime Installation Warranty

Product Warranty

Our U.S. flooring brands offer some of the most comprehensive product warranties in the industry, ranging from 10 years up to a lifetime limited warranty, depending on brand and product. This warranty covers issues that arise from how the product was made and applies only to materials purchased through All American Flooring.

For materials with defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we'll do our best to contact the supplier or manufacturer to obtain a free replacement. If a free replacement is provided, our team will reinstall the product at no additional charge, within a reasonable time.

Lifetime Residential Installation Warranty

We back our workmanship with a lifetime limited installation warranty that covers you for the lifetime of the floor, maximum of 25 years. We guarantee professional installation and up to industry standards. If problems occur during that period due to poor installation, we'll repair or correct the work at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper cleaning, abuse, or structural or subfloor issues. Coverage also excludes damages from overloading the floor with weight beyond the rated capacity, water damage resulting from flooding, leaks, or extreme temperature fluctuations or high humidity (35%–55% required). Environmental factors, including fading from sunlight or damage from extreme temperature/humidity fluctuations. Unauthorized alterations or repairs (either DIY or by personnel not authorized by All American Flooring). Our residential lifetime installation warranty is non-transferable, unless the home is sold within three months of the flooring installation and the new owner receives written approval from All American Flooring. Additionally, no labor warranty is provided for flooring materials supplied by the customer or for discontinued products. Our installation warranty covers every aspect of your flooring installation for:

3X Commercial Installation Warranty

For commercial, rental or non-owner-occupied properties, we offer a limited installation warranty that covers you for three years after the completion of the work.

Warranty Services and Claims

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must notify All American Flooring in writing within 30 days of discovering the problem. The claim submission must include the original invoice and proof of installation. Physical signs of the problem must be observable and must have begun before the warranty period expires.

Our experienced professionals will inspect and begin corrective work within a reasonable time. There is no charge for inspection. Repairs will be scheduled during regular business hours, except where a delay will cause additional damage.

Important Conditions

• No warranty service will be performed until all contract balances are paid in full.
• Natural characteristics of wood, including minor gaps, color variation and seasonal movement, are considered normal and are not manufacturing or installation defects.
• All American Flooring reserves up to 30 days to inspect and decide remedies.
• If the customer has repairs made by others while a claim is open, the claim will be denied/terminated/forfeited.
• You must provide safe access to the affected area during regular business hours, and someone above the age of 18 must be present to approve any work.
• While our installers are highly trained to minimize their appearance, seams and transitions are unavoidable and may be visible. This is considered normal and is an expected part of the installation process. As such, visible seams and transitions are not covered under the All American Flooring warranty.
