About a year and a half ago had the carpet on my second story replaced (3 bedrooms, closets, and hallway). Completely... changed the space and I still love them. Have had zero issues. Same time had the carpet replaced on floating stairs and it still looks good. Six months ago had tile replaced in two bathrooms before replacing vanity/toilets. The bathroom was a bit more involved - subfloor was bad upstairs (placed new plywood) and cement downstairs was rough but no issues so far with the install. Everyone that has been involved in both projects from the person in the store to installers have been pleasant and professional. Our experience was SO great! I went in on Tuesday and explained that we had a rush job due to family coming to town for... a funeral and needed our carpet done by Saturday. Brian had someone out by Wednesday, and they finished within a couple hours and it looks amazing! They also moved our furniture and put it all back together in both rooms that were worked on.Plus, we got a quote from Home Depot before deciding to go with All American, and All American was actually significantly less expensive! Madison took care of me. She is amazing!! She explained all the pros and cons of various carpeting options that would... fit my particular needs. She was very knowledgable and made sure I was taking samples (which she carried out to the car) that would fit my requirements. After a few days, she came to the house and helped me narrow my three choices down to one; she measured and took the samples back to the store. She made it easy for me. The next day I received a call to set up the installation. They came exactly when they said they would and did a beautiful job. I love my new carpeting, and I love the way I was treated at All American. Regardless of my next flooring need, carpeting, wood, tile, or whatever, I can assure you I will give All American my business. We recently got the carpet in our house in Lewisville replaced with new flooring as the carpet was dirty and pretty... old. After exploring all options we finalized to go with "tiles" installation. The end result or outcome has been excellent and impressive. We got good service from store associate Samuel & project coordinator Chris.
