We had water damage in our living room recently and hadn't really decided what we wanted to do to replace the old carpet. We knew we didn't want more carpet so we went to All American Flooring here in Lewisville. They gave us the pros and cons of various types of flooring and after telling them our budget and my needs, they came up with a beautiful tile that was on clearance. They brought a sample out to see if it would work and it was perfect. The whole process took 2 days. Mohammad was in charge of it and was great to work with. He was patient and kind and listened to our every need. I can't say enough about how good they were to work with, and the installers did a wonderful job.

All American Flooring really have a professional team. We had the floors in our 2-story home replaced to Revwood, our kitchen backsplash changed, and work done around or fire place area. The crew who did the flooring was led by Fabian. His leadership was outstanding as he was a terrific problem solver. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they did a great job of keeping the place looking respectable as they did their work, cleanup up after themselves everyday, and hauled away their trash.Pancho led the crew that did the kitchen backsplash and fire place remodels. He was fantastic to work with. He is the kind of person you would want to spend time with socially. Perhaps the most amazing thing he brought to the table was his reliability and meticulous attention to details on his work. All American Flooring did a great job. Ruben and his coworker were super speedy and provided quality work. Ruben made the experience go by very smoothly. They were able to remove my slate tile and wood floors in two days and install in three. The whole thing took about 5 days, I was super impressed for how quickly they got the job done, as other companies said two weeks. Musa, made the customer service experience great. From picking the tiles and getting my measurements and checking in through the process, he made sure I was happy with the process. I would highly recommend All American Flooring to anyone looking for quality and efficiency.

All American flooring has replaced most of the floors in my home. 10 years ago they replaced the carpet in my den with wood floors. Since then they have replaced the carpet on my stairs and landing and living room with the same wood and most recently the carpet in my office was replaced with the same wood. Very satisfied!!!

We’ve used All American Flooring Dallas twice now and couldn’t be happier! We’ve worked with Sammy both times and he’s very genuine and professional. He can walk the showroom floor and tell you the total price per square foot installed on just about anything—so efficient! The other places we looked at like to tell you the materials cost per square foot, then come to your house and take measurements, THEN they give you your price installed. Within 15 minutes I picked out our flooring with Sammy, got a price, and he was at our house the next day to take measurements. Flooring was installed 3 days later! The installers were all professional as well—they even discovered another leak, alerted us to it, we made the necessary repairs and they came back out to finish that section of flooring when we were ready. Highly recommend!

Hardwood floor installation was excellent and would highly recommend, however I would not use All American for carpeting again. Claudia, the work coordinator, was very helpful and prompt with follow up.5* for the hand-scraped hardwood flooring installation - installers were excellent and clearly highly skilled - finished work was highly impressive and great value.3* for the carpet installation: carpet installation crew was careless and damaged much of the base boards as well as leaving too many carpet nails unhammered, sticking up through the carpet.

Madison were so helpful as we worked to select our engineered hardwood flooring for nearly all of our house. She helped us stay within our budget. I called All American Flooring to get a quote on replacing hardwood floors. Sammy Ashyi came to my home to inspect my issues with previously purchased hardwoods. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He gave me several options to try before I replace them...and important information I did not have regarding lifetime warranties. He sent the most detailed bid I have ever received.I am still working toward resolution with the previous vendor. I only wish I had used All American Flooring. If a resolution does not pan out, we will be calling All American Flooring and Mr. Ashyi. Expertise and service along with personal concern. Thank you.

Overall satisfied with the quality and finishing of the custom sized carpets ordered. The consultation was smooth and detailed. The only downside was the promised delivery date. I was told the rugs would be ready before the Thanksgiving holidays but they couldn’t meet the date promised and I had to wait couple extra days with further delay on the actual day of pick up. Other than that I would recommend buying your custom rugs here.
